Responsibilities:
• Successful applicants will provide person-directed support to individuals
who have an developmental disability, in maintaining and developing life
skill training.
• Support includes a priority on participation and inclusion in
community-based activities.

Occupational; Health/Physical Education; Creative Arts
• Develop the daily program activity schedule
Qualifications:
• Experienced with special needs and autism
• Education in related field
• Strong interpersonal skills, listening, patience
• Capability to access situations for positive outcomes
• Ability to be flexible on a day-to-day basis
• Exemplary record of punctuality and reliable attendance
• Current police check & first aid certificate

Requirements:
•A BSW or MSW in Social Work.
•Managing a caseload of clients, case Management in a Children & Family

•Consulting with and interviewing clients, families and third party agencies
•Assessing clients and providing detailed reports on cases and clients: Care
Planning and Initial Assessments, follow up on court work or allegations,
determining when children require admission to care .
•Develop and maintaining relationships with clients and families
•Liaising and networking with agencies, depending on the children's need.
•Responding to crisis situations, through investigations and home visits and
asessessments.
