Requirements:
* Advanced training in Lean Manufacturing, 5s, SMED & other continuous
improvement methodologies.
* BS in Engineering or Business preferred but not required.
* 10++ years of increasing responsibility in manufacturing leadership roles.
Manufacturing experience an asset.
* Strong financial acumen, understanding of operating costs and P&L
measures.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding performance indicators with an “on
time, on budget” mindset.
