An Account Executive is responsible for the development and management of customer business relationships. The position requires exceptional negotiation skills to establish and manage new accounts for Silantia’s technical consulting services.

Job Responsibilities
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Promote Silantia services
• Pursue new accounts and vertical markets
• Receive customer calls and execute day-to-day office management duties

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing or IT
• A proven track record in successfully promoting and achieving/exceeding targets and deadlines

Compensation

20/hour + Commission and bonuses
• Commission is 10% of the fee paid to Silantia by the client for Silantia’s consulting services.
• Bonus is based on effective job placement of Silantia’s trainees that does not lead to direct compensation to Silantia. Bonus is $200 for every successful job placement.

Our tenants include professionals from General Motors, IBM, Canadian Tire, Scotiabank, Citibank, AEG Live as well as international entrepreneurs and students.

We have a requirement to develop skills training and employment opportunities for apprentices, skilled employees and students (in graphic design, web marketing and sales development), in fulfillment of various government grants and CRA/government subsidy programs related to employment development under application.

Your services are required to provide formal job training curriculum development, materials development, writing and editing and program management and compliance.
