- Maintain current product knowledge.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate potential business issues.
- Take accountability to solve issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical service problems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical service problems.
- Handle inquiries about repair, replacement, technical problem resolution
and connectivity.
- Analysis of issues with wireless data and voice devices and associated
desktop software.
